Meet the dedicated team of professionals who make Hillcrest Corner the easiest place in Hillcrest to get all your weekly essentials.

Bev Wilson: Centre Manager
For the past 5 years, Bev has been keeping Hillcrest Corner running smoothly in her role as Centre Manager, including strategising and overseeing the 2-year redevelopment project which has seen the centre take its place as the essence of convenient shopping. While her official responsibilities include everything from admin and leasing to marketing and operations, Bev knows that people are the most important part of her job. Her biggest focus is to keep all the Hillcrest Corner shoppers happy – and she still has love left over to share with her 6 dogs, 5 cats and a host of birds and fish!

Nazrana Premlall: Retail Leasing Manager
With over 20 years in the industry and numerous accolades under her belt, Nazrana perfectly ranslates the centre’s leasing strategy and understanding of our shoppers into the ideal mix of retail stores. Working against a tough economic climate, she keeps in touch with local and international developments to stay on top of her game, and serves as KZN Chapter Chair for the SA Council of Shopping Centres. Nazrana excels at networking, and her love for socialising extends into her personal life where she suffers from serious FOMO if she misses a single event!

Simphiwe Khanyeza: Security Supervisor
Simphiwe has been with Hillcrest Corner since 2010 and ensures the complete safety of centre shoppers. With 10 security guards on patrol at any given time, and a CCTV site controller monitoring the 99 cameras operating day and night, he takes his job very seriously. Simphiwe loves doing his best and knowing his work is appreciated, having once won an award for helping apprehend a suspect trying to get away with R60 000 in 2015.

Andile Ndlovu: Cleaning Supervisor
Andile is adedicated and hard-working man, having been promoted to head of the Hillcrest Corner Cleaning Department shortly after joining the centre. He maintains an immaculate environment throughout the centre to ensure complete customer satisfaction, managing a team of Adventum cleaning staff and making sure everyone is working efficiently and ethically. To relax, Andile goes fishing in his spare time.

Cera-lee van der Walt: Marketing Co-ordinator
Cera is a newest member of the team, having joined as Marketing Co-ordinator in August 2018. She has taken to this role with gusto, throwing herself into the task of making sure every shopper feels excited to shop at Hillcrest Corner. With a distinction in Marketing Management and 6 years in the industry, she is well-equipped to ensure that best practices are followed throughout all marketing and advertising ventures. Cera loves meeting new people, and looks forward to building new relationships and working with staff and tenants to create the greatest shopping experience this side of the equator!
