Butcher Block Hillcrest is part of the Butcher Block Group of Restaurants, which was founded in 2003 by Manual Savic. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Butcher Block Hillcrest has been temporarily closed, however, with the Adjusted Lockdown rules and regulations Butcher Block has decided to relaunch the Hillcrest Restaurant, which had already become a landmark in the area.
